Sarita holds an MA in Industrial Psychology which she obtained after completing BA Honours Degrees in Psychology and Industrial Relations Management. In addition, she holds qualifications in Coaching, Project Management, and Change Management.

She has worked in the corporate and academic sectors including the University of Johannesburg and ABA University in China. The scope of her experience incorporates talent and HR management within companies. As a private psychology practitioner, she has honed her skills in psychometric testing and coaching and assisted children with ADHD and school related problems to unlock their potential.

With her background in assessments, coaching, career counselling, and the management and development of talent, she facilitates a process that enables teenagers to explore their potential. Through this process they gain skills and greater awareness of their personal resources, abilities, talents, and prospects.
